- SB1070 will not fail because it does not usurp Federal Law, it upholds it. There is already precedent in the Supreme Court that says individual States can write laws on immigration policy provided those laws are in balance with Federal and Constitutional law.

- How idiotic. In essence, the Federal Government is filing suit against Arizona for passing a law that says it is a crime in Arizona to violate the existing Federal Immigration law.

Paul, Quit watching so much Rush Limbaugh. You make all of these claims yet have little information to back them up, aside from your daily dose of Rush. I work in the medical field as a nurse ( and own a small business) and see people bankrupted from catastrophic health events all of the time, either because they have no insurance or the insurance coverage is so inadequate. Our nation has dropped below other nations for quality and access to healthcare (see our infant mortality rate, a common indicator). People still cling to some false belief that no other health care system is as good as the US system, when in fact, this is not the case. People became so afraid of a government sponsered health plans, over the past many years, that they don't look at the mounting crisis in health care and quality of service delivery. Not to mention that fact that it is rapidly becoming unaffordable.
